Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by Amacom Enterprise.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a return request.
