At Amacom Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Amacom Enterprise are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Include all original accessories, tags, manuals, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or labels.

  • Products showing signs of excessive use, physical damage, modification, or alteration.

  • Clearance, final sale, discounted, or promotional items unless received in a defective or damaged condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To facilitate verification, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or banking institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, or other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product is received damaged or defective.

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 7 business days, subject to service availability and delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, festivals, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the return policy stated above.
